The primary pillar of the thesis is there is always a trade, nothing is free. If health care is Universal, and granted by the government, what strings would be attached, what would we give up in exchange, what areas of our life would government seek to control? Why are the people asking this question demonized in media and by activists?

"By process of incrementalism changes are being made in the political landscape that are not as noticeable over time by the general public. These changes, if done in short order, would elicit a powerful response from the public, but when applied over multiple generations go unnoticed.

The changes revolve around a centralization of power and finance combined with the use of high technology for monitoring and control.

One key indicator is the secrecy with which such technology is implemented without oversight, that is to say, no one knows about what is being done or has any say in whether it should or should not be done. " - excerpt
