Author's note: I wrote this letter to all who will read it out of a growing concern for my country. I love the United States. I serve her in many capacities. We are blessed beyond description and enjoy things that most people will never know. However, our apathy is paving the way for something terrible and I don't know how best to tell what I foresee as a possible future. This letter is a simple statement on current affairs and includes a source list for everything I say at the bottom. Please read the links. Warning to the People of the United States of America
“America's security policy is changing into a form of fascism, with potential for more extreme political upheaval in the near future”
By process of incrementalism changes are being made in the political landscape that are not as noticeable over time by the general public. These changes, if done in short order, would elicit a powerful response from the public, but when applied over multiple generations go unnoticed. The changes revolve around a centralization of power and finance combined with the use of high technology for monitoring and control. One key indicator is the secrecy with which such technology is implemented without oversight, that is to say, few citizens know about what is being done or have any say in whether it should or should not be done. It is probable that corporations have influenced the political sphere so much so that the legitimacy of the American political process has been compromised. The fundamental issue is secrecy and unknown intentions. While many conspiracy ‘theories' may confuse the process of understanding forces behind this change, the change itself is obvious and real as evidenced by the facts. The change will remain non violent only so long as there is no resistance to the power shift. The moment people become aware and resist, the need for forceful control will become “evident”. Changes in law as well as physical logistics for this potential conflict are already underway or have been implemented since 2001. The fact that terror attacks give reason to implement fascist style security measures on the populace means that there could, at some future time, be motivation for a psychopathic power monger to allow such attacks to happen. This report does not go as far as saying who this is, or that such an entity exists. This report only points to the reality of motivation and opportunity. The war on terror is a perfect context in which to implement changes that effectively destroy the foundations of the constitutional republic of the United States. This is done by keeping people in constant fear and therefore willing to make sacrifices of liberty for a feeling of safety. Actual safety is debatable, and actual risks are relatively low compared to past real or perceived threats against the United States. The war on terror must be waged in secret in order to be effective against the ‘terrorists' who are ‘everywhere', and therefore is not subject to independent citizen oversight. This costly undertaking is achieving the simultaneous bankruptcy of America, a country who goes into debt an additional $1 million (US Dollars) every minute. The war against terror alone costs $6,000 per second. This money is borrowed from foreign nations who trust in our ability to repay the debt with interest. This financial situation jeopardizes the future security of our nation far more than a pickup truck full of explosives or 20 men with machine guns in a mall. One of many examples that the war on terror is suspect is the refusal to sufficiently monitor the southern U.S. border while securing other nation's borders worldwide. Political figures noting these changes and discussing them publicly are denied access to media outlets, certain debates, and are ridiculed in an overt manner (such as Ron Paul). This denial of access is not related to popularity or money, as Mr. Paul has raised more money than any other republican candidate and received more from service members than any candidate from both parties. The term terrorism itself is evolving, and has of late come to include even domestic groups who before were simply thorns in the side of authority, but never a threat to public safety as a whole. These groups include; political activists of any kind, environmentalists and members of the peace movement, gun owners, home schoolers and home schooled children, Christians and domestic religious groups. When taken as a whole the identification of such groups as ‘suspect' points toward to the approach that anyone who questions authority could be a potential terrorist. According to recent legal changes, potential terrorists may be treated differently than a criminal suspect regarding rights and due process of law. There is a corresponding process of maligning such groups or individuals in many media outlets. Such a process is exacerbated by playing on the hostilities between so called “republicans” and “democrats”, who tend to be home to various cultural sub groups. This is very likely the beginning of a process of dehumanization for a future time when political dissidents and “enemies of the state” will be corralled and controlled. This estimation is based in part on the observation of recent legal changes and the implementation of controlling technology. The division between Republicans and Democrats, liberals and conservatives, is wholly manufactured to blind each of the process of change taking place all around us. Both ‘parties' as well as independents, share goals of peace, freedom, and prosperity. Liberals want to stop what they see as the encroachment of corporate interests in the political arena, especially from the military industrial complex which appears to have an effect on the foreign policy of this nation. Conservatives strive to remain free of a ‘nanny-state' government that is involved in every aspect of one's private life and see liberals as the cause of bureaucratic federal growth. In reality, both things have happened. The American people, united, could stop what appears inevitable, and what will at some point be virtually unstoppable. Tension between the two groups has been stoked to a level that could destabilize the country in a civil conflict within our lifetime. This would be ideal for the implementation of a more tightly controlled military/state system. Conservatives are unable to see the American qualities of those on the ‘left'; critique, discourse, debate, and questioning even through political action. Liberals have thus far been unable to recognize that the true ‘conservative' is just as fearful of “Big Brother” and corporate/governmental control as they are and are only acting on what they believe to be a defense of freedom for the country as a whole. Both sides are therefore blinded by one another and are unable to see that what each has feared is become manifest, and what each hopes for is slowly disappearing. In the past 5 years it has been quickly disappearing. Just as terrorist strikes are convenient for transition into a techno-police state, an economic collapse in the future will be convenient for a transition into a regulated monetary system run in even greater degrees by the corporate-federal merger. The definition of fascism is; “merger between state and corporations”. It is inhuman in its callousness, brilliant in efficiency. Police forces in America have continued an evolution into a para-military force in dress, manner, tactics, weapons, and philosophy. This is not a statement against the finest men and women we have. It is an observation over time of police dress, manner, tactics, weapons, and philosophy. The second amendment to the U.S. Constitution was likely second because of its importance relative to the first. It was also short, simple, and easy to understand. Humans want power. Power is only checked by counter opposing power or redirection to neutralization. An armed and educated populace is the only sufficient check and balance for a corruptible political power. The right to keep and bear arms without government registration is the ‘canary in a coal mine' for unbalanced political power. As efforts increase to disarm the American public as a whole, the news media and television/film industries reflect this by destroying the legitimacy of firearm use by either emphasizing evil acts perpetrated with arms or by setting a poor example of use through violence in entertainment. The fact is that anyone seeking consolidated power who also foresees radical steps in the future wants no one armed to resist. Education is the first tool to wield influence on political power; arms are always last. Control of the educational system is a higher priority than the banning of arms. Without the will to resist, the education to articulate and influence, or the context of history, arms are effectively useless. It has been said that poison is not effective unless it tastes good. Every step of the process is done for one of the following reasons; “It is economically beneficial.” “It will keep you safer.” “It's for the children.” Or the least creative; “Because we said so”, and, “It's for your own good.” With so called good intentions Americans are being played against one another politically, racially, religiously, and culturally within a climate of fear to allow the creation of the most advanced social control system ever engineered in the history of the world. Things that can be done to slow the process include affirming commonalities with others, opening discourse and discussion on the topic with anyone willing to chat, and remaining alert and educated on current trends and happenings. In addition, be alert to local changes and be willing to question authority. Be suspect of mainstream media reports and always lookout for bias in presentation on the part of “experts”, pundits, politicians, appointees, and corporate figures who have any stake in the consolidation of Earth's people into one techno-military corporate system.
